Ordering products

Orders are placed through the online store's shopping cart and are confirmed immediately after payment to the email address provided. The minimum order amount is 1 euro.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include value-added tax (25.5%). A delivery fee will be added to every order made through the Mailapiste online store.

When placing an order, customers can also pick up products from Mailapiste's warehouse at the address: Tuusula

In the event of human errors in entering prices and texts in the online store, we reserve the right to make corrections and inform the customer before delivery.

Payment

When ordering products through the online store's shopping cart, payment is made immediately via the Paytrail payment service. The Paytrail payment service is a secure and fast way to make payments and works with all banks' internet payment systems (see www.paytrail.com).

To save costs and the environment, the package does not include a packing list.

We store all order information in our system. We recommend our customers create an account so they can easily check and find their own information.
